Can I write an E-mail to my teacher?

-So, I have been very stressed out lately about multiple things. Before summer break started my teachers would ask me if I was okay. I would say yes I'm fine and act okay. But, I'm not. I really want to talk to one of my teachers about it now- but it's summer vacation. I know her school E-Mail address. So, would I be able to E-mail her asking if I can talk? Please answer.I see nothing wrong with that and there's no hurt in trying. Since it is her work email it may take longer to reply depending on if THEY have stopped working yet or not. But yes if you are now willing to reach out and talk to somebody about stuff that's been making you unhappy then I think its well worth it. And you'll probably feel a lot better about getting some input on the situation from someone you potentially look up to! Hope everything works out okay :)I am not sure about where you live, but where I do the schools usually monitor the teacher's school emails, and your teacher could possibly get into some kind of trouble getting a personal email like that from a student in the summer. Is there anyway you could find your teacher's personal email, or maybe even lie, and say you want to talk to them about your final grades.
If you don't have anyone else to talk to, I don't see why not. She showed concern before, and probably knew you were playing it off. Some teachers are interested in helping their students not only with their educations, but also into their development as adults. I think she would be flattered that you thought to confide in her.
Depends on what you actually want to talk about? If its school related then sure. If its other things, I think schools may have counselors for that?
Do it - as long as it is school related.
