Can professor see where and when students log and use their blackboard account?

-I just wanted to know, because my professor posted on the blackboard announcement that he can see where and when we log into our blackboard account; therefore we shouldn't cheat. But i just wanted to know. A curious thing.The answer to this is almost certainly - YES.
