-I'm acurrent business major at ursinus college I have a 3.9 and am thinking about switching my major to international relations I also scored a 172 on my LSAT and plan to attend university of Chicago law once I'm done. I want to be a litigation attorney and I am wondering if having a ir degree will be bad for employment?International relations will put you in the category of representing multicultural clients, who may have businesses all over the world. On the other hand, you could also find yourself representing Americans who for one reason or another, have been detained in a foreign country. The world is getting smaller every day and you know that. Knowing how to conduct yourself at any place in it can't hurt. Something to think about though:
Are you basically a diplomatic and patient person? Are you empathetic and understanding, granting people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to their conduct or beliefs?
Yes. You're stupid when it comes to business.
