I need help with choosing right course for me ?

-Basic i would to become as hotel management but i also want to do travel and tourism course to learn about industry, environment and the structure. So what should i do take the hotel course or travel and tourism ? First of all i want to be come hotel reception then later on that year maybe come more the reception maybe manager, but also want to work in worldwide world, or work part of the airport, travel agent and cabin crew. So plz help many thanks xxx
