Should I minor in Mathematics for teaching or get my double major in Civil and Environental Engineering.?

-So here is the deal.

I am a Junior in college and I plan to do a 5 year program. My primary major is Environmental Engineering. I want to do a lil something else as well, so I have two options....obtain a Civil Engineering degree as well, or minor in Mathematics. Both options would only take another 12 credits on my part but I can't decide on which one. To break it down...

Double major in Civil and Environmental Engineering

-Essentially the same major, they just differ by a few classes.

-May make me more versatile in the work play

-Will I be able to get a teaching certificate for math relatively easy with these degrees?

Environmental Engineering Degree with a Mathematics minor

-Will this allow me to get a teaching certificate easier?

-Environmental Engineering should leave enough versatility for me to get a job in the marketplace.

So this is all assuming in the future when I am 30 or 40 I might want to become a teacher.

With all that said do you think it would more beneficial to get two degrees or just one degree and a minor???

Thanks for you advice everyone, I appreciate it!
