What all courses can i do along with english hons ?

-I study in Delhi university.I am a student of English hons.I would like to pave my way in the field of mass communication.I am unable to figure out what else I can do along with my regular classes in college.

kindly help.I would appreciate if some institutions along with the contact no. or location are suggested.
