About transferring from a community college?

-I want to be a pharmacist, right now i am senior in HS, i want to go to Onondaga community college for the first 2 years, is that possible to transfer to Albany pharmacy college after 2 years of my study's in OCC. And please help me with what type of credits i should get in OCC to transfer to ACPHS. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!Hi. I work at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Yes, you may be eligible to transfer to ACPHS after two years of community college, provided you have met the pre-requisites for the pharmacy program. A list of the pre-requisites may be found by going to http://www.acphs.edu/Admissions/Apply/Transfer.aspx and clicking the link that says "Third Year of the Six-Year Doctor of Pharmacy."
