Can my teacher say this to me and my class?

-im in 7th grade and my latin teacher told my class that " you guys aren't worthy to go to harvard. don't even try and you guys aren't even smart enough and then he told us our parents are stupid that they let i watch tv and blablaa. i really dont like this teacher. my friend would always be talking during his class and would not even listin and he yells at me? like wtf. do you need new glasses? can he even say these things?Report him. I am sick to my stomach of these worthless, retarded teachers who think they have all the power. He has NO RIGHT to say, and disrespect students, let alone fellow adults. My one math, 7th grade substitute teacher even decided to scream at a student to get down on the ground, because he told her the truth. REPORT HIM. Tell the principal, parents, just let them not tolerate this disrespect. >.<
